Launch: SeaWex Manager V2 — DowntimeZero We are pleased to announce the deployment of SeaWex Manager V2 (https://manager.seawex.com), a version designed to maximize operational continuity and deliver a faster, more accurate, and reliable experience. This update reinforces our commitment to the continuous evolution of the SeaWex Manager platform and its associated applications.

Key Improvements

New Alert Management Alerts can now be reclassified as known alarms, moved to storage, or purged if deemed non-functional. The Active Alerts panel will display only truly active incidents, filtering out those already identified or recurring.

Alert System Update New identifying icons and alert-type classification enhance event visualization and understanding. Two new specific alerts have been added: pipe rupture and leakage, aimed at more precise detection of sustainability-related incidents.

SeaWex Connect User Manual and Resources Includes detailed instructions for platform usage, access to technical documentation, and download links for SeaWex Connect applications.

Gateway Status Monitoring A monitoring system has been implemented to verify in real time that gateways are operational and transmitting data correctly to the cloud. This feature enables early fault detection and ensures service continuity.

New Version of SeaWex Connect Significant improvements in performance and stability, optimizing load and response speed. The alert system has been refined to provide more accurate real-time status. Smart device search via QR code or serial number (SN) has been added, simplifying identification and management. The update includes code refactoring to enhance usability for maintenance personnel, along with fixes for issues found in previous versions.
